Human resources training

WP HORIZONS, with the collaboration of first-level training centers, offers advanced training services for corporate human resources, capable of responding both to the reference regulatory requirements and to the corporate strategic training objectives required by the customer.

For this reason, the proposed service provides for the planning and provision of courses on individual and specific company targets required, including:

• Organization and provision of trainings
• Planning and management of training interventions
• Needs analysisassistance
• Advice on financing through public funds

WP HORIZONS also offers, among others, the following types of courses, which can be delivered in the "classroom", "on site" mode and, in the extensions provided for by the reference legislation, FAD (Remote Training) mode. All the learning certificates that will be issued to the learners will be issued jointly with the reference Bilateral Association by affixing the logos and signing the certificates themselves.
